When Connor first arrived at Waterloo Road, he was a bit of an enigma, appearing troubled, brooding and mysterious.

Connor has a difficult relationship with his mother, Christine: he’s the one who’s had to take care of himself since Christine’s difficult battle with alcohol, not helped at least that Connor was informed of the traumatic story behind his conception. Connor’s capable of feeling sorry for himself, and using the difficult circumstances as an excuse for his at times disturbing behaviour.

Connor fell madly in love with Imogen: they even went away and eloped behind their parents’ back. But now they’re stable and out-and-proud, Connor and Imogen are focusing on their future. With Connor’s impressive culinary skills developing, Connor’s determined to follow his ambitions – but it seems his mother, Christine, isn’t so keen.
